I downloaded it and gave it a try. Basically, the game consists of you creating a bunch of bubbles with the left mouse button and rubbing them with the right mouse button held down. You then create items higher up in the hierarchy (e.g. bubbles become clovers, clovers become squares and triangles, etc.) until you reach the highest in the item branch which is the star (or dream).

This game consists of you trying to make as many hearts as possible so you can rub them into dreams and collect them. Dreams can be chained, and fast pacing alongside chaining is what seems to be the key to scoring in this game.

I managed to get 1.85+ million on my third try.
