YJP realizes that ebay is shit and foreigners want to buy goods. But it's separated from YJP itself, so it's not like you can just dive right in. It seems to be very new, as the games category only has 183 listings at the moment.
Still, I was able to create an account capable of bidding up to 5000 yen (oh wow).
