Just wondering if it is pos to order directly fron sanwa and seimitsu if buying bulk ?

I don't have a clue but I guess you could send an email to sanwadenshi@sanwa-d.co.jp and ask (If you're fluent with Japanese, that is)

But I have a feeling they won't ship those parts internationally to individual customers.

sanwa - no idea..
