QFT. Gal Agiese says "I'm destined just to die" before one of the boss battles. LOL. That's got to be the king of mistranslations. Samurai Shodown is another goldmine for laughably bad translations. One of my favorites from SS2 is Sieger's "Give you my knock for justice".

Here are some I thought of:
Operation Wolf - "A few physical strength left", "Kill all enemies and take a rest"
Golden Axe III - "And you dead"
SCI - "Look out! Will appear three times."
Crisis Zone (arcade) - "Guhahahahaha... No one can defeat us." (said by Tiger) "Never before, and never after!" (by Edge, in reply to the latter)
Super Chase - This one's got plenty of Engrish in the intro.
