happ digital rotary and optical rotary joystick

can the happs optical rotary play BOTH ikari warriors and caliber 50? I know that the digital rotary joystick will only play ikari warriors not caliber 50. the optical rotary will play caliber 50 but will it play ikari warriors? I will be playing these games through the use of a supergun and pbc board, not MAME!

You can use Happ's optical rotary for playing Ikari in Mame, but on the Ikari pcb you must you a mechanical rotary such as Happ rotary, Wico rotary, or SNK LS-30.

For Cal. 50 it must be an optical rotary only - Happ optical rotary, Loop-24, or SNK LS-40.
