Re: batrider controls?
I'm pretty sure some Cave elves sabotaged your Raizzing PCBs. You shouldn't have neglected them for several weeks...
The future is 2D
Re: batrider controls?
Try going into the service menu and check the input test.
If it's working correctly there, it must be the settings.

Re: batrider controls?
I had the exact same problem when I first played my Batrider PCB just the other day; it turned out that I hadn't tated my screen
(Strangely, turning my head wasn't as much of an issue in the third vert PCB I played, forget which).
Can't think of anything helpful, unfortunately...haven't ever seen anything soft-configurable in the service menu :/

Re: batrider controls?
DIP-SW1 2 does this on my board, even though it's marked on the dip sheet as starting coin.
Go into test mode and check the dip settings screen?

Re: batrider controls?
I think I remember mame having a virtual dip setting that rotates the controls for no aparent reason...
Re: batrider controls?
It's a physical dip.
I've just performed some quick checks. Japan B version doesn't have the rotate controls option, the same dip sets coins to start 1 or 2.
Korean and Europe versions (at least) have rotate controls instead of starting coin.
Lets play yoko!
