Has it been mentioned what scale all the Thunder Force V fightercraft will be when it is finally released to the general public?

Thanks - and sorry for my involvement in the thread split. I was largely to blame.

Anyway - I'm really up for getting this ship. As I sais in the thread pre-split, this news is great. I just received Raiden MK:II from SGH series 3, and the leap up in quality from series 1 (I never got series 2) is substantial, so this should be great. Hopefully this indicates there's plenty more to come...

Best news this week.

What's a good link to order this from?

Not seen it for pre-order anywhere yet. I usually order these Historica sets from Yes Asia though, they're cheaper than NCSX.

It's sounding like it will not be the same scale as set 1-3, which is a little disappointing. I know bigger = probably more details but I was looking forward to more ships that went with all the gashapon ones I already had in terms of scale. Has there been any announcement of a shooting historica 4 at the smaller scale?

Wow, the red Gauntlet from Perfect System? Awesome.

Also that Brigandine model would look kickass in my room...if I could find space.

wish there was something I could gauge the scale off.. pricey lil buggers, but think I will have to crumble for these.

Lovely!

Although it doesn't give much of a clue, in the pic on the bottom left there's a faint reflection of the photographer. Unless the display case has some really weird dimensions, or the photographer is of an incredibly irregular size, or miles away with a wildlife photography lens, it gives you a vague sense.

You could always suspend it from the ceiling with some fancy fishing line and hanging screw hardware. Add some cool optional LED lighting for that extra coolness/wow factor. Or use a hangar diorama background setting to similate it being prepped up for intial take-off for the upcoming battles ahead. ^_~

I saw it on a couple of sites, and both of them were selling it for well over a hundred, which is too much for me. I emailed NCSX a while back and they told me they sadly will not be carrying them. Despite my Thunder Force fandom, I'm going to have to let these slip by. I'm not paying over a hundred bucks for some little ships.

"Hi Robert, thanks for your email. Unfortunately, the Thunderforce
Shooting
Game Historica EX toys are a limited distribution item in Japan and our
vendors will not be carrying them. Thanks for checking with us.

Did anybody buy this thing?
I can't tell whether it's been delayed, or if it sold out already.
Does anyone have any idea?

Oh damn, I've totally forgotten about this. AmiAmi looks to have sold out their pre-orders and Hobby Fan's more expensive...guess I'll have to pass.

I've got a pre-order allegedly coming in the next few weeks. Like the note above from NCSX stated, this was apparently a very limited production item that not very many online retailers could get a hold of.

I've been looking to see if that red colored RVR-01HiS version was made or not as well. Its either some very rare exclusive or its not been produced. I don't think it comes with the standard set from everything I've seen.

Something similar may have happened to that Video Game Robotics SP set as well since I don't see too many vendors of that either. Or maybe its just not considered popular enough to carry by online shops.
