SSS2009 - Svens September Shmeet!!!

yep, its time again, spoke to the local fellas and its due time for another big shmeet.

WHEN:
SEPTEMBER 12th+13th,

WHERE:
Gothenburg, Sweden

WHAT:
6 arcade cabs filled with just about any shmup you can think of.
atleast 1 arcade cab dedicated to older games (80s and earlier) due to interest from local arcade dudes.
wide range of consoles also available if anyone fancies that kind of stuff..

tournaments, hotdogs, BBQ, beer, sweaty men and lots of fun are some of the surefire features.

lmk what you think, international members are always welcome just lmk if you have any questions.

well....out of the games i listed we have some pretty high scorers......im pretty sure just with malik11's DOJ prowess we would stomp you guys at that one.....

the main reason we sucked so bad last time is it was only 3 of us and the top scorers were no shows.....this time we will show you guys how its done

im cool with whatever format we decide on for the competition

futari ultra challenge would be cool, i just have to find a PCB..

mushi ultra would also be a good option if you have access to a PCB.....

futari ultra isnt that bad once you know when those damn islands are coming out on the 1st stage....if you take them out quick its quite manageable....same as mushi ultra, i find the 2nd stage considerably easier

same as last time? just add up the scoreboard at the end of the day?

anyways, me and johnny held simultaneous shmeets in the past so we had a little scoring competition, nothing serious altho the banter certainly gets that way sometimes its only over this forum and at the actual shmeet we will have a small friendly tournament aswell for those who show up IRL.

MMP will certainly be available along with every other cave game bar Deathsmiles 2.
