WTF?

There. Thanks.

If this is not appropriate, mods, please let me know and I will delete.
To make it a properly offensive you have to actually identify the country. Do you hate Canadians? Chinese? Chileans?

There's no reason to know this if you aren't from Canada, but Quebecois are actually quite different from France, and the two groups actually kind of hate one another.

Oh, no question. That's why they are always trying to separate!

Actually there are seven times more French-speakers than Chinese-speakers in Canada.

ya....i didnt check stats.....just shooting from the hip, so to speak

now lets see what that number is if you take out quebecs population.....like i said....nobody outside of quebec really speaks french....

and that percentage for chinese speakers seems way too low..... :?

also if tyhose stats are based off the census the results are gonna be skewed because most non-native english speakers wouldnt fill it out

There are probably more Chinese speakers than official numbers suggest, but statistically speaking that isn't going to raise the numbers dramatically. You couldn't even reasonably expect to double those numbers from %3 to %6. Illegal immigrants won't fill out a census, but everybody else will since it's a criminal offence not to and who wants the hassle?

The reason there is French everywhere is because both are Constitutionally recognized as official languages. Recognizing an official language that's used by over %20 of the population, even if they are geographically concentrated, is reasonable. You see officially recognized languages in other countries which are much less common.

A- Most annoying people ever and proud of it too. My countrymen work hard at this designation and seem to love practicing on each other.

I- The "just enough" people or the people of "I don't get paid enough for this shit." It's like the 80's UAW got their own country. This country is located somewhere in Asia....

Nah, it's not Canadians or Chinese. And again, it's not the people, but the specific trait I mentioned, and only while at work.
