Post by sourdiesel »

ok so i got my pc up and running, a p4 with a raedon 9250 pci card. i got soft15 up and running, i can see my desktop on the egret2. the problem i have is the colors are all whack. there are no reds, i fiddled with the RBG gain settings on the egret2, i dont know what to do. anyone else have this problem? my PCBS look fine, and when the PC is hooked up to a normal monitor the colors are fine. hopefully someone can point me in the right direction, i dont wanna spend all day trying to get this to work. i have had plenty of those days.

My computer was moved into my room and i wanted to hook up my old computer in another room. The old computer has a wireless card in it and has been used with wireless internet before, but not at my current house. I thought it would be as easy as putting in the password but when i do that the following message
" Every successful man in this world has failed as many times as you have, so you are not far from victory."

Earlier today I setup an old shuttle XPC with an AGP Radeon 7000, J-Pac, Soft 15khz, ATI 6.5 Catalyst drivers, all connected to an Egret II.

I did have problems with the screen when I had a newer ATI Catalyst driver suitee installed, not sure which version now, but a very recent release. Not sure if it's the same thing you are experiencing, but I couldn't get a stable picture. Once I installed 6.5 drivers and reinstalled Soft 15khz, all the problems went away.
