xbox hack - just som pictures

A friend and me ordered modified xbox 360 hand controls and while my friend thinks a hard paper box is good enough I made this....

Step 1: jamma (glued)


Step 2: PCB (as i didn't place the order, i don't know who modified xbox 360 hand control, but someone at http://www.arcadeotaku.com)


Step 3:


Step 4: DIL switches on the back side. I use DIL switches as I don't connect all buttons from the hand control to the jamma contact (back, LB, RB is not connected). Moreover, i can use this for tests...



Step 5: The PCB feet are glued to the box


Step 6:


Step 7: backside


Step 8: front side


Step 9:front side, without front


Step 10:finish ..... at last


I'm quit satisfied with the result, but I probably need to practice my soldering technique a bit ...

my guess is to use a supergun for controls but you connect the 360 video staight to the TV.
