No, it's the other way around. SP boxes had Spriggan. I know, I have one of them in my room. Musha was gashapon only.SFKhoa wrote:The Musha one was with 2 SP, you're probably thinking of Spriggan...Turrican wrote:Will there be a seventh secret one available only in gashapon machines, as with Musha last time?
(by the way, I still need to find that Musha if someone is willing to sell...)
Shooting Game Historica 3
The SP releases seem to be of a generally higher quality than the capsule versions. The capsule versions often were bent out of shape, and also did not always have the panel lines painted properly.Crayon wrote:Anyone have any pictures of what the previous SP "fancy boxes" looked like? I don't keep any of my figures boxed, so $40 for just boxes seems a little weak. Does the SP version come with anything else?

I thought this was NCSX selling the Gashapon version of set 3.?bcass wrote:So, is there no gashapon release this time round? Glad if so, the last one was a pain what with the exclusive gashapon-exclusive ship.
So, do the SP sets guarantee you get one of each ship plus variants?
Actually, final question - is there a link anywhere to a list of every Shooting Historica ship and variant? If not when I have a little time I might try to compile one...
Yep, you're right, I missed that one.spadgy wrote:I thought this was NCSX selling the Gashapon version of set 3.?
With the exception of set 2, yes.spadgy wrote: So, do the SP sets guarantee you get one of each ship plus variants?
If you do a search on the older gashapon threads you'll find full lists that I posted.spadgy wrote:Actually, final question - is there a link anywhere to a list of every Shooting Historica ship and variant?
I haven't heard anything about NCSX's shipment yet...where did you get yours?NTSC-J wrote:I got the full set of series 3 this weekend. I really just wanted the In the Hunt one but ended up getting all the others before the machine would spit out the sub :/
I'm keeping Souky and Raiden, but if anyone wants Wolf Fang, Star Soldier or Granada, let me know.

Got mine today. I'm a bit disappointed, actually. Aside from the submarine every one has so many movable parts that they fall apart easily. Except the Wolf Fang mech, it's big enough for the joints to actually work properly and is pretty cool. But the Raiden ship, jeez...you're supposed to be able to switch between two "modes", but doing so requires taking it mostly apart. And in either form you'll have leftover pieces from the other form so it'll be easy to lose those. And in either form it'll look weird because there are relatively big gaps between the individual pieces.
I'd be happier with just simpler gashapon like the first two sets were. No moving parts (well, mostly) and the few additional pieces can easily be glued in.

Could we see a pic what the 2nd form of the Raiden Mk II fightercraft looks like in gashapon form, Ghegs?Ghegs wrote:Got mine today. I'm a bit disappointed, actually. It sure would be nice to see a fan-created stop-motion animated Raiden/Raiden II fightercraft (or even the jets from the Raiden Fighters series) blowing away small fry and end-stage bosses. Of course, that would entail creating all the models from scratch with the accurate paint schemes as shown in the original PCB games. ^_~

Mine just turned up. I've got two of the mechs and no Raiden

Not impressed. Limited to 6 per customer and I didn't get the one I want. Would've bought 12 to try and guarantee it.

you buying them single?
Re: Shooting Game Historica 3
Has anyone upgraded the Raiden ship from the low level version to the version with the extra weapons on its wings? I have no idea how to install the extra weapons on it.
Anyway the tank, Wolf Fang ones are my favorite of this bunch.
