Cause he was a really nasty character. Only difference was that HE CAPLOCKD EVERYTHING FOR EFFECT AND IT GOT REALLY FUCKING ANNOYING!!!!
This was back in like...98 or 99...Malc, Kiken or TWITCHDOCTOR would know who I'm talking about. He was an FPS nut whose basis was dispelling shmups as weak and boring yada yada...
Hey, anybody here remember ROMMELL?
*edit: and Postman...

Anyway, to all people who experience this bug, let me know a few things: what kind of TV device do you use? CRT, LCD, Plasma? But most important thing of all, does the TV device support 60hz or is it just 50hz?[/quote]
My TV is a CRT. It supports 60 hz ( never had any problems with
japanese consoles or games). The Dreamcast is european version.
Hope that can help.
Jochen.

Shipping to Hong Kong takes time. You can get it at my shop instead to receive it as fast as possible.

Strange. I am not remotely in the same league as PLasmo or others here, but it happens to me almost every time I play it.RHE wrote: Of course both pics have slightly different time frames, but its clearly visible that enemy is only shooting one row each. I also tried countless times to do the same movements like Plasmo, and still they only shoot once.
Your not playing on a dev station/pc emulation, now are you.
As I can't believe you and your testers never experienced this.
CRT, supporting 50hz and 60hz.Anyway, to all people who experience this bug, let me know a few things: what kind of TV device do you use? CRT, LCD, Plasma? But most important thing of all, does the TV device support 60hz or is it just 50hz?
And for the love of God (just an expression, still not into that crap
I hope you'll fix it well all the extra lives you get through this DO kinda ruin the game even for survival players.
Also please do NOT forget fixing that Continue bug and the score reset after continuing!
Fix those things and you've made a game you can be proud of imho.

Your're right. It's not an review on this website, it's just a placeholder with screens. But please don't be so rude to the shmupers from Europe, we have feelings too - and we can write good reviews if we want.Elixir wrote:If you're going to start taking a non-English non-Japanese review of a shmup seriously, you might as well start reading reviews on gamefaqs.
It's probably just a placeholder for an upcoming review. Anyone who has had any interest in this game probably has it by now.

You couldn't be more arrogant with this statement. Basically you're telling everyone who can't speak english and/or japanese to shut up. Do you think these languages are inferior or something? I really don't get it.Elixir wrote:If you're going to start taking a non-English non-Japanese review of a shmup seriously, you might as well start reading reviews on gamefaqs.
I could write the same stuff in german that I usually write in english and I can't see any difference at all. Please tell me.
Oh yeah and this is completely Off-Topic,, but the last 3 pages are rubbish anyway.

It's like I said. Anyone interested in DUX either has it coming, or has it already. Do you really think someone is going to wait for a review in german before they decide?Plasmo wrote:You couldn't be more arrogant with this statement. Actually, this game is pretty much selling on hype alone.
