Pixel art in the mainstream

I think I've seen people use stills from this music video as avatars on various forums, but I only saw the video for the first time today:

It started me wondering: what other mainstream uses of pixel art have I been unaware of over the years? Post any you can think of: music videos, ads, promos, etc, that aren't directly game related.

There was that crazy 8-bit pixel art based comedy series shown on G4TV a little while back -- what was it called? Everything is all pixel art based and even the characters themselves as well. ^_~

Cell phones and pda's still use pixel art for many of their icons.

I have season 1 of code monkeys on dvd. dunno if season 2 is out, but yea that show was popular and it should have been renewed for a 3rd season.

eboy's stuff has been all over the place in the last decade or so. They have had some very high profile clients -- MTV is the first one that springs to mind, but there have been many others.
