Arc wrote:Whoa! the board was working on thursday. What's the actual problem? Have you tried gently pressing down on the chips and cleaning the connecter, blowing the dust off ?
Probably best for DEL to test it on his supergun, might be fickle about power supplies.
Del please kep me informed.
Thanks
RGC- its tatsujin 2 although it can be changed to versions regions by messing with the jumper links.
And heres me thinking that you take great care with your pcbs. that explains why i didn't see this game at casino yesterday. Xerex looks poor screen wise.

Mills - I don't know why Dharmesh's board is all glitched up but I can explain Xexex. The cab is fine, its my board. As explained earlier, my board doesn't do blue, its just not in fashion.

ARC - Maybe I should change it to The Ketsui Challenge. Give Landlord a reason to live.
Challenge being simply to reach Ketsui's 2nd loop.
ARC - Perhaps we could do a switcheroo - Ket for Tat

I would love to get some more time with Ketsui. I'm fairly comfortable with the boss patterns thanks to Death Label so I'm all for pushing for a 1cc on that game.

I'm still offering Toaplan's Dogyuun, even if only to fill the gap! It's a lot of fun!

So is Pink Sweets back in for now?

Also, I'd like DDPII: Bee Storm to go in a cab somewhere now I've had a taste. When Tatsujin went in for that brief moment, 'the engineer' moved DDPII to the Strikers 1945 (As Strikers 1945+ is still running a few cabs down). Any chance that has happened again?

Also, not going to make it in on Friday I think, but I might try a weekend visit...

I could do with the action at the hi score thread too:)

I'm also intrigued by what scores DEL and co got on it back in the day, did any of you guys do the 4 loop clear?

Yes! And sorry I haven't been back to your high-score thread yet! Deathsmiles (360 version I'm afraid Casino-ers!) turned up!

Twin Cobra, yeah!! Even more amazing, Mills actually likes Aero Fighters. I thought nobody liked that and everybody thought Strikers was better.

I like Aero Fighters - they used to have it a crusty punk bar called the GMT (Goldsmith's Tavern) in New Cross in about 1998. It offered a great break from dancing around to ska and 2-Tone. My favourite venue ever...

If anyone is in the area, i'll be in Casino tomorrow (12th June) for a short while. Don't bother travelling far because i'll only be there for an hour and a half or so. I'll be getting there about half one and leaving around 3 or slightly later depending on which train out of London I decide to catch.

I'll be the guy with the rucksack.

Sham - I'm heading in in the evening. It might be pretty quiet in the day. Enjoy your visit though!

Barefoot, with a red headband and head turned to the left. Forever seeking the next challenge.

Remember, don't call him "rye-oo"!

Quiet is fine, it means nobody can witness my failure.

You'll be back sooner than you know it!

By the way m0nks - you have to play Death Smiles - hopefully we'll have it in Casino one day. Right now I'm loving it more than Progear, though that's probably the novelty. Got my 1CC too, as while scoring high is hard, the 1CC isn't. We'll have to meet up with my 360 at some point.

And nice to meet you the other day ARC, and the infamous Mills too.

I shouldn't pay a visit to Casino this week, as I'm doing the London-to-Brighton bike ride on Sunday, and I really need to fit in some training. But still - anybody visiting any particular nights?

And FIL – How was your visit?

I just can't get enough. It's a fairly easy 1CC even doing a load of stages set to level three, but chasing a high-score is a real challenge, and every time I exceed my best I instantly feel I can do better...

Try going via the EX stage, and doing the whole set at Level 3... whole different ball game IMO :D

Deathsmiles in Casino would be so awesome. Board should hopefully have dropped a bit with the MBL and home release.

I have! Insane stuff. I stick to four stages on lvl 3 and two at lvl 2. That will do me for now.

And we might be able to get a DS board in Casino. I just have to talk to some people...

All a bit quiet on the Casino front. Anybody down there anytime soon?

And are we interested in the loan of a Death Smiles PCB? That would save DEL having to get a Japanese Xbox 360 for a while!
