If The Original Season of Star Trek deserved an HD-DVD box set, then Plan 9 deserved a videodisc. With commentary by John Waters and Johnny Depp as themselves, and Leo DiCaprio as Arnie Grape.

One more thing. As far as the italian version of those movies, some of them were voice-dubbed by the same voice actors who did the italian version of Hokuto no Ken anime. That just added more lolzorz :D

Charles Bronson?

Also, that reminds me that somebody put up a Bronson (as his character from the Death Wish movies) vs. Jason video on Youtube, very polished actually. Funny as hell too.

Anyway, back to the ninja movie - there is a movie called The Ninja Mission from about 1982 which I want to see, but can't find. :(

No, that's the almighty Richard Harrison, not Charlie boy.

You mean the one with Bo Munthe (one of the original Bujinkan trained Gaijin back in the '80s)? It was out in 1984, and is crap, tbh (I used to own it - and a dozen other ninja movies - on VHS).

Yeah, I could see it would be from the trailer, but it'd probably still be more fun than what I've been watching lately

Lee Van Cleef starred in some great ninja movies in the 80's as well. Lot's of screaming in slow motion while jumping off hood's of cars. I've never thought that it'd take him 30 seconds to get of said hood, but he successfully did just that.

Me and some friends watched the two raptor island movies this weekend. There is absolutly no way to describe them. A high school student could have done it better. But they are extremly funny indeed:

Ticks.

Starring Alfonso Ribeiro.
Do you need anything more?

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0108339/

But my personal preference goes to FROGS.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0068615/
Montage is horrible to say the least. So horrible I actually laughed to death while watching it.

You don't have to be too patient while watching it to understand that: you get the opening TWICE.

Also Night of the bloody ape is a "masterpiece" among bad movies.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0063090/

The plot doesn't make any sense, and a couple shots (the capturing of the gorilla at the zoo and the surgery) are over the top.

Gotta watch Raptor Island

Yeah, I remember renting Ticks on VHS format at my local Hollywood USA rental place. The Ticks special effect are worth watching just alone but when the Alfonso Ribeiro character ends up getting chomped on by a big-ass monster sized tick, the shit hits the fan. ^_~

Another bad horror film that's kinda campy is Bubba Ho-Tep with an Elvis impersonator going at it against a mummy called Ho-Tep. Crazy shit happens when the two get together and start duking it. ^_~

Dead Clowns. Don't bother with it, the shit wasn't even funny, just terrible.

Blackenstein. bottom line worst movie I've ever seen. This was the only movie i COULDN'T sit through, i had to fast forward through parts of it. some big black guy gets injected with some crazy ass white guys...um...blood i guess? and then goes ape shit and walks across a laboratory for 15mins and then kills some people by grabbing them and then, wait, I can't ruin movies, no matter how bad they are. someone would have been upset.

Blackula on the other, i can say is a decent respectable movie. LOL'd pretty hard when he threw an empty barrel at someone from a second story and knocked them down.

Yeah, that weird Japanese crazy horror flick by the name of "House" came out in 1977 and it was shown on The Sundance Channel in it's entirety recently. I did catch the last 10 minutes of it and it was quite tame and mellow to what came before it. House's ending credits was trippy to watch as well. ^_~
