If its the european version, tell Dharnesh not to bother.DEL wrote:Well I've put the request in to ARC. So Mills better come down on a regular basis to session it. None of this "I don't play games anymore" bizness.

ah wicked. i was half expecting you were gonna say "no, i'm a hobbit"
no arcades mate. crackers nightclub have a sega rally twin cab, and westgate snooker used to have a neo geo six-slot and some cocktail cabs, but i gather they're gone now. there are three fruit machine parlours (casino royale, raffles, mr pringles) but none have any cabs either

I already told DEL he can have it, You can change the region of the board by messing about with some links!( set it to european version to make it easier for you guys, more bullets fired and more damage in the jap version and it regulates more).
Besides what's my brother got to do with this? He doesn't play games anymore!

Thanks ARC. I'll arrange to pick it up from you this week.
Keep it on Japanese mode. That's the WHOLE point. Its about The Mills Challenge.
EDIT:- spadgy - To answer your XEXEX question. My board is Intl version not Japanese. Icarus has offered his Japanese board for a loan. We'll see how popular the game is in Goodge first and guage whether we should ask Icarus to oblige. It would be nice to play an easier/balanced full colour version of the game
. We'll see...

He has greater say over the loans of certain pcbs than you. When i asked for that game (when we were both at casino at one of the london meets) he adamant said no......not in so many words but he made every attempt to say it wasn't gonna happen. So i left it at that.Arc wrote:Hey!Mills wrote:It was european version when it was at Namco Wonderpark. Don't recollect the conversation ...only covetous of pcb's when we first get a game..got to cane it , you know ! ..well until boredom sinks in !
Anyhow we get to see you in action....always a memorable sight...very calm, cool, composed, quick reactions and one of the best pixel accurate movers ......until you get mad ...and smash a screen !!!
Lets hope everyone enjoys the game !
Regards to all !

Was at Casino. Me, CHI, and m0nks played about two credits each, and then a graphical error appeared that the engineer seemed to think was to do with the board. He had to hold pressure on the GFX chip with a thump to keep the visuals clear.Mills wrote:What thread? Chi text me to say
that tatsujin 2 is now at casino.
Shame - it was a fun game with a great soundtrack. Looked easy; played hard as nails!

Whoa! the board was working on thursday. What's the actual problem? Have you tried gently pressing down on the chips and cleaning the connecter, blowing the dust off ?
Probably best for DEL to test it on his supergun, might be fickle about power supplies.
Del please kep me informed.
Thanks
RGC- its tatsujin 2 although it can be changed to versions regions by messing with the jumper links.

Where is this Las Vegas Arcade exactly? It would be nice if someone could show it on a google map or tell me how to get there.thegreathopper wrote:The SNK shooter is down stairs I do not remember the name but I played a few credits on it before christmas.DEL wrote:The Mush in las Vegas arcade in Angel has been there as long as the one in Goodge St. The arcade is also owned by John Sturges.
I'll check the Strand SNK shooter tonight.
Wot iz it? - Chopper 1?
EDIT:- Inti told me last night that the Troc now has Tekken 6 Bloodline Rebellion. The Tekbats are crowding round. Tonight will be packed.
Looks like there will be no Tatsujin in the Casino after all.
