yeah I am super happy to be finally playing it.... love it and I'm really thankful to have it.
Damn Tim, you know there are quite a few Americans out there who still lives in tents due to this shitty economy, and you're dropping loads on a single game which only last 20 min. Do you think it's fair? How much did you spend this time?

Another good deal on a Buy It Now from Bill Burger. Anybody know much about this Souteast Asia version? That is a legit Toaplan ROM the flash just washed out the label on it. I'm confused as to why the William S. Sessions Winners Don't Do Drugs label would be on a Southeast Asian game.

Is your Namco Xevious 3D/G+ PCB a System 10 or System 12 setup?

Shinobi can be de-suicided easily - just replace the 68000 block with a standard one and burn a couple of roms, since decrypted ones released by Sega on other variants are available. See:

http://www.arcadecollecting.com/dead/dead.html

Golden Axe is a little harder since you don't have a 8751 (which would allow a similar free fix to the above), but you can buy decrypted ROMs from here:

http://www.segaresurrection.com

My E-SWAT and Alien Storm are both running ROMs from the above source.
i've managed to make the decrypted binaries (ready to be burned to ROMs) for some sega games that's not available in arcadecollecting. just wonder if someone would be interested. just mention one, and if i have them, i'll post it here.

regards

Please do so, dion. I'm sure some classic Sega arcade Golden Axe/Shinobi PCB fans would like the ability to play those PCBs without the dreaded suiciding issue. Whatever it takes to get the job done properly. ^_~

no problem... those files made 2 years ago. i just test some of them, because the title i had was limited, i.e. tetris, moonwalker, etc. maybe in couple days ahead i'll set up a site for it.

Another local sighting of DDP-DFK ver. 1.5 in the USA, albeit in the hands of a private arcade hobbyist collector. Was it a full kit or just the PCB by itself, robivy64? ^_~

Borrowed this one from a friend for a while, and decided to buy it. Great game.

I'd need to pawn off an organ to afford that. Luckily, I've got two kidneys.

(oh, it's ESP.Ra.De.)

Wonder just how much a kidney fetches on the black market...I'll bet that you could get a very pretty penny for it indeed Aba'suto. More than enough to buy a bunch of DDP-DFK full kits easily. Lol ^_~

Now this was totally unexpected. Areo Fighters PCB for $12.01. Even better, no shipping because I'm picking it up, he's only 20 minutes from me.
