Modding a Street Fighter IV SE and a VSHG - Some help needed

In previous console generations I've settled for standard sticks without any sort of modification; most notably the Namco Stick and the Neo Geo one. This time around I've decided to go 'all out' (couldn't get a TE for the 360 though) and put Seimitsu parts on both the aforementioned sticks, so I can be ready for some serious Cave shmupping, and then there should be this KOF thing coming out for the PS3 as well

From what I gather I need this for the Street Fighter stick and this for the VSHG. For the latter I believe some plastic needs to be removed for it to fit, but I think I can manage that. If anyone has a suggestion for a stick that needs no 'modification' then that would be welcomed.

Now the question of the buttons remains. I'm only changing the 'action' buttons because I see no reason to change the start and such buttons. I'm thinking of going all white for the Street Fighter stick and all yellow for the VSHG, so it will look more like my beloved Namco Stick So am I correct in assuming that it is something like this and this I need? Or am I way off? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm buying with a friend so Arcadeshop.de is the only option.
