Help: Naomi Net City Toshiba R-1781 Chassis.......

i have the following chassis in my net city: toshibaR-1781 with toshiba tube...but i cant enter the extended menu, does somebody here know how i can do this?
i already contacted sega europa and toshiba europe, but both cant help me.....
