OOOPS almost bought a PAL PS2 GT4 set.

Check this out.
I didn't buy it because GT4 doesn't have a 60 Hz option.

But first let's check out the deal I had.
A friend of mine has a 40% off of anything V&D sells.
Including games & Consoles.
The GT4 pack is 179 EURO, but the black ps2 was missing and they only had the silver one (which retails for 10 EUROs more)
So the deal was a brand new GT4 pack for EURO 107.40 (with a silver slim PS2 and a silver controller!)

I think I just missed the bargain of a lifetime. Right?

sounds like a good deal to me.. are you sure that GT4 doesnt run 60hz.. sounds like a too stupid mistake to make on such a game??

Just be glad you didn't cave in...

Never EVER buy games/consoles at V&D (or Free Recordshop for that matter). Nedgame.nl is a good place quality stuff for nice prices (usually about 10 Euro or more below normal prices and top service!

I hate all those schoolkids touching abusing the stuff before I buy it...

GT4 doesn't have a 60hz option becuase it's optimised anyway.

50 Frames per second amigo
opposed to 60 Frames per second.
I'll take 60 any day.
