Just picked up this game at EB for 10$ CAD for the Wii.
I was browsing around EB and I noticed the box, it was a cheesy box but the art work reminded me of Monster World. (MegaDrive Title) so I took a look and it looked pretty neat. For only 10$ its not bad but it was published by UFO so I was really worried lol. Last game I bought published by them was Monkey King and I am regretting it ever since. The Reviews for Heavenly Guardian is worse so I`m not sure if I should open it or return it.
Anyone else get this game?

From all the sources I read, apparently all they really did was change the `sprites and background for the game. That`s my assumption anyways.from what I read.GaijinPunch wrote:Does anyone (and I mean like, anyone in the world) know how far they strayed from the original PS2 idea? It looked pretty fuckikng sweet. Then, got canned.

The game itself is garbage, and the Wii version is even worse. It layers terrible wiimote motion controls on top of an already un-fun game. If you can trade it for the PS2 version you might enjoy it a little more, but there's nothing compelling about it. Take it back. Spend the $10 on a nice lunch.

lol seriously. Okay, I guess my gut was telling me it was garbage considering how much I hated Monkey King but I picked it up anyways just in case I didn`t have time to go back if I found good reviews.8 1/2 wrote:The game itself is garbage, and the Wii version is even worse.
