Crazy. Just the other day I was listing out the next big pcb purchase I'd have to make, and Futari 1.5 was at the top of my list. Thanks for saving me $1000 Cave!

I do have to wonder at this point, with Cave picking up steam on its own ports, can that mythical "Classic Cave Collection" be that far off? All the late-nineties classics ported to work in HD like Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection...

For now though, Futari 1.5. Hell. Yeah. What a gift.

The reasons to own one are slowly stacking up at this point.

If they released them on ANY console that wasn't made by microsoft I'd buy it in a heartbeat to play Ketsui or Futari.

Also I still don't understand how this makes any sense. Japan in general hates the xbox. It would have made much more sense to release japan-only shmups on the PS3. And yes, there is Reko hentai, but even if we were to double the number of images on the internet we'd still have like only 30 or so, a good third of which would include tentacles.

Man, I am really excited about this. The first time I played Futari, I was disappointed that it wasn't bug themed and was visually very different from Mushi, but I've been eager to sit down with this game again so it's nice to see I won't have to shell out for the PCB.

Best news this year. Back in December Futari was the number 1 game on the wishlist, so this a late Xmas gift.

With all the shooters for the 360 coming out this year I will be rather busy. Maybe I'll even be able to put my ps2 away for a bit.

I've already resigned myself to the belief that this will never happen, but it's still exciting to fantasize about, heh heh.

Anyways, I quite liked what I played of this over at bay's place, so I'm definitely snagging the port.
