Places to buy PS2 cases?

Post by Elixir »

I have a great deal of JP PS2 games, but some of the cases are pretty beat up from previous owners. Is there anywhere to buy PS2-specific (not DVD) cases? I'd like to replace them.

I bought some cases years ago at redoctane.com, but all they seem to have now is Guitar Hero stuff. Have you tried Ebay?

Personally, I need some dual disc GameCube cases.

I've looked on ebay but the only ones I found wouldn't ship outside of the US.

Is there really nowhere to buy these from?

I know it lacks the official Sony-esqueness of the real cases, but if you get normal DVD cases with an insert clip they should work for most games...

That said, no clue about places to buy additional official cases.

i've had dozens of black ps2, blue ps2, ps1, pal DC, GC, wii, and 360 display cases. i'm fairly sure i've sold them all bar a few i'm keeping spare for myself. talk to your local game stores, we had hundreds (you've probably missed the boat though).

When I worked at GameStop we would keep hundreds of empty cases in the back room. We only ever used them when someone traded in a game without and, at least I would, gave them to anyone who asked.

I don't think any stores here would have black ones. I live in a PAL region, which means they're all blue. And since you're in pomworld it's a bit odd that they would have black ones, unless they're really old like pre-2002.

I'm really not having all that much luck here. With 360 titles, it's a bit different. I mean, they're all green. Same thing happened with original Xbox titles.

three floor building with a basement, we never threw away anything. there's dreamcast, ps2, GC, xbox, psp, and two n-gage pods in various states of disarray in there too. sort of like a videogame graveyard
