syncs are combined on both scart and jamma.

signals are the same, but the levels differ slightly. it should work fine.

This is my personal JROK v4 unit. SCART is just a carrier for different video signals. I have used this JROK with RGB from several PCBs, NeoGeo, and Genesis without problems. And yes it is composite sync only.
