Here's the cover:

...scary thought, isn't it? Sadly, if XS ever got ahold of it, that's probably what would happen...

Sorry for any disappointment from people who assumed this would be real news. ;)

MOD EDIT: thread locked, and titled changed to reflect true content. -TF

In fairness XS got Shiki 2 right, so they may have learned the error of their ways.

I'm sure XS did a pretty decent job bringing Shikigami No Shiro II to the USA though did they not?

**edit**
You beat me to it Zach!

Oh my, this joke has never been done.

(ps: Xs did decent ports of the Syberia games for the Xbox, and Shiki II came out fine).

sure, if you turn the Voice volume all the way down, and select "Demo Off" so it skips the cutscenes.

Quiet you. It must have taken ages in concept and execution. I for one am a skilled Photoshop use and can tell you than expertly crafting that 3 must have taken days, if not weeks.
The white clouds floating on the great blue sky
And the boiling red blood shed in fierce gaming
Those who give up halfway through
Their battered bodies will never forget!

Castle Shikigami 2 had an AWESOME translation. And by awesome I mean the best bad translation I've seen/heard in a long time. The text was translated line by line and then never proofread/grammer checked/edited. The voice acting was done per line and in the most emotionless and wooden way possible. Some lines weren't even translated, and the original japanese voices were left in for them (i suspect because XS didn't have the time or resources to properly QA the game).

I love popping in the game while some friends are over and having a hoot at the localization "effort". Honestly, I'm amazed they didn't slaughter the actual game, and I'm even more impressed that the cover doesn't suck.

Where's a moderator when you need one :|.

This forum is officially in state of emergency.

"They should at least make 100K to have a good life"

It used to be that the forum was down all the time because of technical difficulties. As it is now though, the only problems with this forum lie with its posters. While some feel the mods here are overprotective, I think it's pretty evident that they're too lax. Not once has the banhammer been used.
