Hori EX2 Xbox 360 Arcade Stick

I have one of these and I use it on both my 360 and PC. I'm not entirely sure what you would call it but it take a good push in any direction before the ship in any game moves and when it does it seems to be a big jump in distance.

I opened it up once to put an 8-way gate on it. Is there something I can do to put a more sensitive stick in there? Any suggestions?

You can mod it with a JLF or (I think) an LS-32.

If you think the stick feels good but you want it to engage the switches quicker (be quicker to respond), then you can also wrap the actuator (which is the part that touches the switches) with electrical tape until it gets the engage you want.
