Post by jonny5 »

ive gotten to the last box on the page where you enter email and password

its the one at the bottom where you answer a security question......it should be "where were you born"

Let me know when you realize how disappointing it is.

it's pretty shocking, though at least hte archive actually gets updated :D

the pricing of recent games is insanity though.

2400 yen for Minna de Spelunker? REALLY?

There's a ton of PS1 games on there, though.

Fair enough.

I just had a bit of a minor nightmare with my PS3 and the PS1 games I've downloaded onto it: see the first post here.

I don't personally know anybody else who's tried mixing and matching different regions of PS1 software on a PS3, but if there's anybody here who has, I'd be interested in knowing if the problem I'vee had is a recognised issue with the service, or if my console's just had a bit of a funny turn.

For jonny5,

Yeah, there really isn't too much to d/l when it comes to the Japanese PS3 game demos. You'd be better off with the USA/European PS3 game demos. Plus the fact that you can d/l Blu-ray trailers, upcoming movie theaterical trailers, and bonus promotional PS3 game related videos from the USA PSN site is another plus. ^_~

Only if the Japanese PSN site had more cool PS3 game demos worth d/l, it'd be better than how it currently is. Might as well give that Japanese PS3 game demo of Sega's Ryu Ga Gotoku 3 (better known as "Yakuza 1 & 2" in the USA for the PS2 gaming platform) a spin sometime. It is a 1,256MB file download and is at version 1.00 at the present time. Interesting brawler of sorts with plently of cool CGI-generated FMV scenes. ^_~

If you think the JP PSN is bad, don't even bother with the PAL one. It has about 3 PS1 games.

already have a UK and USA account....UK is a bit different layout wise, but the USA one is exactly the same as what we have in canada, just in USD rather than CAD

i was mainly looking to see if any of the PSN stores had a demo for outrun online

HK as in Hong Kong.

Good for PS1 though; I don't bother with trailers and newer stuff.
