I was browsing on the National Console Support site today and they have a warehouse stash of brand new PC Engine Blaster joypads up for sale:

These 3rd-party Takeru produced PCE joypads would work just fine with the PCE Super CD-Rom2 version of Forgotten Worlds along with the USA TTI version of the same name as well -- both versions of this particular game have built-in support for either the classic 2-button endowed PCE joypad setup or the optional 3-button joypad setup. Of course, the NEC Avenue 3 (3-button layout) and the NEC Avenue 6 (6-button layout) joypads will do the same trick just as well. ^_~
Since these particular Blaster joypads use the same pinout as that of the PCE Duo joypads, you'll need to use an optional NEC Duo to TG-16 controller adapter cord if you want to use one on a classic Turbo Grafx-16 console. Or just get a PC Engine (multi)tap, plug in the Blaster joypads and use an Duo to TG-16 controller cord adapter with this alternate setup instead. ^_~
I just ordered two of the Blaster joypads and will report back on how durable they are compared to the NEC manufactured ones. ^_~
PC Engine Fan X! ^_~
