The accent is… horrible indeed. I only understood "do svidanya, Putin" ("goodbye, Putin"), and what seems to be "na zdorovye, Lenin" ("you're welcome, Lenin").
I swear I wouldn't even think it was Russian if you hadn't told me. o_0

Oh and to avoid misunderstandings, this was not a contestant, but part of a sketch relating to the fact that this years ESC is in Moscow. The sketch be seen in it's entirety here:

They talk Swedish in the beginning. Bald guy thinks it's cold, other guy says it's because he doesn't have a fur hat, everyone in Moscow does, in fact "Moscow"
means fur hat in Russian.

I'm trying to think if there's any Russian stereotype they forgot to include. They even had Tetris blocks falling in the background!
