I recently bought a 360 (first new console I've purchased since the PS1) so I've been playing games on that quite a bit. Mostly Street Fighter IV, Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, Soul Caliber IV, Grand Theft Auto IV, and Mirror's Edge.

Come check out my website, I guess. Random stuff I've worked on over the last two decades.

It’s mostly been Street Fighter IV, Retro Game Challenge, and Korg DS. Err...uh, Korg DS counts because it’s a puzzle game. Yep.

I've been playing the new Tenchu for Wii this weekend. It's not a bad game, but it's a step backward from Wrath of Heaven in many ways. It's a lot different, much more linear. Also no more grappling hook (!!). I always liked the open design of the earlier games and the linearity is frustrating at times. The stealth and combat designs are also majorly revamped, and not for the better. If you get spotted, instead of just being able to run away and hide, or fight it out, you've got no choice. If you have no sword, you automatically run away and reappear at the beginning of the level. If you have a sword, you have to fight to the death with the guy who spotted you plus any nearby guards. The combat is based on tilting the wii remote to defend and swinging to attack; the concept is fine, and could have been pulled off much better, but the way it is implemented is terrible. It does not work well.

Anyway, yeah, if you're a fan of previous Tenchu games, don't buy this one, rent it.

SFIV on 360. It's so sad that the best game of 2009 has already been released since Feb.20.

1) Demon's Souls for the JP PS3. Amazing game, amazingly difficult.
2) SFIV for the 360. Love the game, online play is mostly great, but no penalty for disconnects means ... well, it's XBL, you can guess.
3) Another Code (Trace Memory was the English title?) for the DS

Buying MadWorld and RE 5 next week.

And also...

I've finally got Persona 4, and am now playing it, just started.

I have to say, I love this game. This is probably the first time a turn-based game has given me a hard fight ever since THAT battle in Final Fantasy Tactics. And the party members are all generally awesome.

1v1 with Weigraf? It wasn't that bad.

Oh I just beat puzzlequest: galactrix. Overall I was disappointed. The original was soooooo much better.

After being disappointed with barely playable mess of a game that is Necrovision, I just started playing old Painkiller again, on hardest difficulty. This game kicks some serious ass.

Lost Odyssey. Pretty but I don't feel too much compelled. I'll complete it BTW.
Since we're in a pretty fucked up fiancial crisis up here, I'll stick to it and to the games I haven't completed yet in the next few months.
Better save up a bit of dough for the dark days ;)
Alas, Ikaruga is going...

Undesired, unwanted them...
What makes them go?

I'm replaying Fallout 3 as a neutral, cannibalistic, purple-mohawked asian gal with a proficiency in melee weapons. Wandering the wastes in a nightie with a Super Sledge ftw.

Street Fighter IV on my homemade joystick. Well, more like a homemade box with me modding a Tekken 5 stick to work on the 360.

Too bad I don't have a JP 360 to use this stick on. I was really looking forward to Ketsui...

And, the mod

The second joystick is a 4 way stick. Perfect for MAME/Pac-Man CE.

Super Mario Bros. on a real NES [which requires dark magic to fucking start the thing up...] at a friends house in 2p , and some Super Smash Bros. Brawl at his house [where he thouragly[sp] proceeded to kick my ass].

I just beat Savage Moon earlier this evening. Only missing two levels (3-2 and 3-3) that I need a perfect clear on. Decent game - the later levels tend to require similar strategies to beat them, so it could have done with a bit more variety. Maybe they'll make some more available through DLC.
Dude you are awesome. I'm stuck 2 levels back (I think). I keep getting killed at the end by flying bugs that fire projectiles. Its a tough strategy, I've tried missile launchers trumped with amp towers but no luck.

I'll figure it out eventually. Fantastically fun game if your into tower defense (strategy) games.
