You got a blue Progear? Sucks about the voices, but at least you got a damn rare board. Makes up for it in my opinion. How much did you pay for it?

and the gameplay a part of what ESPGaluda offers already,
As others are saying, they are nothing alike. Ketsui overall promotes EXTREMELY agressive gameplay, while ESPGaluda promotes passive with all that slow-mo stuff. Both great, but ESPGaluda I like more. Better soundtrack and story/character creativity.

I read your thread Naiera, that is some mysterious shit. Wonder if Cosmicco will foot the shipping bill for you to send it back(not likely)

Anyhow Psikyo, even though I wasn't totally sure about Guwange at first, once I reached a 1,000 chain the whole thing just "clicked" with me and I think that this and Progear are my favorite Cave games. Still, I'd get Progear before I got anything if I was you.

Where? I'd buy that.

On Ketsui - not bland at all, I'd say it THE shooter to have

On Progear - how the hell do you vaccum gems/rings!?!?!?

Psikyo - I'd say it's a fucking awesome price, mine cost 360 bucks

Kiel - You make the gems appear by killing enemies with the shot button held down when there are nearby bullets. Release the shot button to vacuum the gems up.

But how the hell do you constant vaccum where the gems stream out of undestroyed enimies?

Gems (maybe just diamonds?) have a certain radius which will cause nearby bullets to turn into gems themselves.

No, no, no. It happens when you are not firing. Some how there is a way to get enimies to fire out a constant stream of gems/rings instead of bullets. The rings/gems do not result from destroying said enemy. You can see this on replay videos but obviously nobody knows about it but the people good enough to make replays.

Valgar is right. When a gem is formed, it turns all of the other bullets within a certain radius into gems as well, resulting in a "chain reaction" of gems. This works with all gem types, but diamonds are the most effective since they're so huge. This is how you can clear those entire screenfulls of bullets in levels 2, 3, and 4 by destroying a single enemy.

The trick to the gem streaming move is to find an enemy that spits out a constant stream of bullets, like the yellow airplanes on level 1 or the gun turret on the level 1 boss. If you convert the bullet stream into diaminds while the enemy is still firing and let go of the fire button, all of its bullets will be turned into gems and be sucked into your ship. The chain reaction will keep going as long as the enemy keeps spitting out bullets.

It's not that difficult to do with practice. I can do it consistently at a couple of spots in level 1, but I don't know the layouts of the other levels well enough.

If you were thinking of getting it off coinopexpress, forget it. They don't have it. Read the trading station form threads...they conviently forget to take down PCBs they sell out of. Then they ask you if you are interested in something else (bait and swithc). Blah!

I need you to walk me through this shit if we hook up again. I've tried this game in emulation, and I just flat out suck ass. I'm lucky if I get to the 3rd level on 1 credit. I can't really gem all to well.

*goes back to Ketsui*
