I've recorded the vids 640x480 30fps. They're a minute long and 100mb each.

Dropping the bitrate and reencoding gets them down to about 40mb before they start to degrade.

Youtube utterly mangles them

That's a really high bitrate, I'd just use 320x240 30fps encoded with x264 and lame mp3 for something like this.

If you really need ftp upload access, I can host your vids. I had a New Zealand Story avatar for over a year (not here) so I can show some love for my fellow kiwi bird.

If you can use mediafire or something like that though, that would be easier for both of us.

Merged the vids, rotated and resized - reencoded x264 with no audio (sound has been off all the way through)
