Chalk: fantastic indie game!

Yesterday I came across this fantastic game called Chalk. The best way I can describe it is that it's a shmup, but instead of shooting things traditionally, you use the mouse to draw chalk lines. You can kill (some) enemies by drawing lines connecting their shots to themselves, and the more shots you get in the line the more damage you do. There's certain bullets you can reflect by drawing a perpendicular line to them with chalk. There's some items floating around the screen you can grab and throw around with the mouse. There's items that interfere with your chalk lines that you need to deal with. There's actual puzzles you need to solve using the mouse, WHILE dealing with enemies and dodging bullets. And if all that isn't enough to get you to try this, the bosses are extraordinary. The levels and bosses are designed around the mechanics VERY well. One warning, speed and precision with a mouse is required to do well.

I would pay good money to see this game on the DS, that's for sure.

It'd be a pretty good play if one had a drawing tablet. It seems pretty hard to play with the mouse.

An oldie but a goodie. Konjak's best, I think.

It's good fun with a wacom tablet, though it does take a bit of getting used to.

Interesting concept and fun game, but it gets boring after a while. After stage 3 I didn't feel like playing anymore.
