notice on the one in question the missing key slot, the romstar sticker, and taito lable. some chips have been replaced with daughter boards.
most chips are the same, and where different sized chips where used the pcb is painted for chip placements identical to the real one. that is, it looks like they used the layout mask for the original, but ran different traces and drilled different holes. (see the L-01 and L-02 chips)
The first one is definitely a bootleg. Taito boards of that era always had the Taito logo silk screened on the board. Also, Taito boards had notched JAMMA connectors.
