I'd lose my shit if they finally stepped up to a new platform(sh4) or if they went high res on X2 or something. As nice as it is to see, I know I won't be able to afford a board until long after the eventual port in like 3 years, if even then.

Anyway - good to see they're making another (I assume) horizontal aspect shooter, I really enjoyed the first Deathsmiles, reminds me of Side Arms, which is awesome.

Glad to hear of another shmupper who likes the classic Sidearms PCB. Tis a shame that Capcom didn't make a sequel to it PCB-wise. I personally own a JPN region SA PCB and it's a tad bit different than it's USA variant PCB counterpart. Saw it in action for the first time back in April of 1987...I've have to agree, it's an awesome shmup title from the mid 1980's era. ^_~
