push them infected, and don't bump into the witch
You should also talk about how Bill is a fake Green Beret and how random people in Day of Defeat: Source are gay for people with the freebie Bill avatar as their profile av and will remark upon it any chance they get, so if you want some DoD:S player tail you should definitely just copy and paste that Bill avatar into your profile, you know.

I can play l4d online as well, on 360 that is.. I've cleared all the campaigns on expert but its still my favorite mode in the game. Versus often centers on camping in pretty much invincible positions( no mercy chpt 5...), instakill smoker spots and a few glitches, so I dont really like it. Also the tanks feel way too weak there, an ok team is able to kill one without taking pretty much any damage (because they're not seperated, the tank player rarely matters)
Versus is the meat of the game. If you get into it, there's a good chance you won't go back to campaign very often. You need a big group of people to play with though because the public games are only as good as you would expect.Rob wrote:I need to clear Death Toll and Dead Air on expert. Either of those sound good? Might be long, though.DJ Incompetent wrote:Yeah I shoulda jumped in your game the other night.
That's exactly the link I needed. Have had serious trouble figuring out versus the few times I've tried it.

No problem, guy. Yeah let's throw down on Expert. Bring Zaarock since he's legit in campaign. I'm a much better Versus player, but I shoud be competent enough.Rob wrote:I need to clear Death Toll and Dead Air on expert. Either of those sound good? When are you guys free so we can sync up for this?
I can't tonight, but I'm usually free to go Mon-Fri 6pm EST to whenever.
Weekends my free time is random, but I can prolly get available.
Lemmie know.
Yeeep, this is what happened to me.dmauro wrote:Versus is the meat of the game. If you get into it, there's a good chance you won't go back to campaign very often. You need a big group of people to play with though because the public games are only as good as you would expect.
Versus and [adv.-exp] Campaign are just different beasts. Gotta play the Tank as support and not like the CPU to do well with it. Yeah there's the instant kill stuff, but there's only 4 places Smokers can really pull that off. Faking the player Smoker out to avoid each one is not too hard. Otherwise besides the blocking elevator and sewer cheats (or to say, just don't play No Mercy) the rest of the Verses game is fine. Just gotta deal with morons, but I pretty much only do friends games now.Zaarock wrote:I can play l4d online as well, on 360 that is.. Anyway, you're a badass campaign player. Sorry I couldn't hang around long last time. I'm down to roll with you again.

ill be lurking around 11:00-20:00 GMT on the weekend, gotta study but if we can set up a time I should be able to play. Next week I got some exams so I probably wont be able to play the same time as you guys.
Death Toll was the hardest campaign for me on expert sort of, though that might be largely due to other players(I got a pro friend most of the time though) Dead Air is supposedly the easiest one, though the levels feel somewhat long so you might get unlucky or wear out due to allies wasting health

I don't see any DLC coming out for the football helmets.
durrr waiting in line for quake live! Your position in line is 20000 of 20000.
Besides, Team Fortress 2's scout update mostly makes the game a more than adequate replacement for the Quake style of game, anyway. Just give it some coop and free-for-all DM and we'll be ready to go.
Wow, this is just all wrong, Ed. Quake Live has no queue, TF2 doesn't play like Quake 3....Ed Oscuro wrote:Left 4 Dead has got a DLC coming out.DJ Incompetent wrote:weeee!captpain wrote:Quake Live is for dumbass football helmets

Yeah, now people who actually played scouts have realized that it's pointless to unlock anything, everyone's a pyro.Ed Oscuro wrote:Besides, Team Fortress 2's scout update mostly makes the game a more than adequate replacement for the Quake style of game, anyway. Have you played scout with the Force-a-Nature? No? Then your opinion is STUPIDcaptpain wrote:But what's really just wrong is comparing TF2 to Quake 3.
Also, wat the heck did they do to Crash, looks like...not a hooman anymore
