Dogyuun non-JP release?
It was brought to my attention on 2ch that this Dogyuun poster mysteriously looks like the "non-US release". There's no kana on it whatsoever, which is a bit whacky. However, I only see one Rom Set in MAME, and I see no mention of a non-JP release on of Gamefags or Wikipedia.

No, seriously now, I never heard of a non-JP Dogyuun PCB (bootlegs aside).
But that poster looks a bit strange indeed, I wonder what's written on the bottom-right corner.?
EDIT: Ooops! Scrap that.

EDIT 2: On second thought, I'm not sure if that's the US poster.TRIVIA: Licensed to Unite Trading for Korea, to Charterfield for Hong Kong and South East Asia, to Atari Games for USA and to Taito corp. for Japan.
I think ATARI would have put a big fat logo on it...

Cheers for the replies. The flyer has katakana on it (and some kanji) so this looks to be a foreign release of some sort. It's B2 in size though, which *somewhat* rules out North America as they generally don't follow the AX and BX print sizes. Korea maybe? Who knows. The Engrish is far too thick for a white people nation release.
Happy Fucking New Year.

my little contribution...
I have an original A4 Dogyuun flyer wich looks like your poster:

...and I have 2 pcb's of Dogyuun:
-Japanese version (licenced by Taito)
-South East Asia version (licenced by Charterfield)
Both games are the same but the South East Asia version is different because:
-there is not the story introduction
-your ship can only pick up the bomber item (purple)...the speed-up item (blue) is missing!
...so this flyer is not for the South East Asia.
Maybe it's the Korean or US version?
