Underwater Attack for the DS

Saw this for cheap at Toys R Us the other day, looked like a sidescrolling game but I wasn't sure if it was a shmup or not. I think Tomy developed it? Can't remember, coulda been Bandai that published it.

Anyways just seeing what's up. I tried searching for it here but couldn't find anything.

I've only heard of this game briefly once before, and it's apparent that there is a reason for this.

I believe that it's actually the same game as is covered in this thread - someone tell me if I'm wrong and I'll reopen this.
