Not a PSP obviously, but I have 2 SD cards (512MB and 1GB) foll of videos for my Axim X50v. The 1GB is full of various Looney Tunes (21 total, at 45MB apiece) and Tom and Jerry shorts, and the 512 has 4 episodes of the Red Green Show on it (110MB apiece). The file sizes are larger than you'd have on a PSP because the X50v is in higher resolution (640x480) than the PSP screen. Based on the settings other people use with their X50vs, a feature-length movie would generally take 450MB to encode. Once I get my Media Center PC fully operational, I should be able to sync recorded TV to it fairly easily as well.
