It is made by Gameloft. Nuff said.

You may recall the Wiiware thread I started some time ago. They make half assed movie tie in casual games.
Some of the best shmups don't actually end in a vowel.
No, this game is not Space Invaders.

I guess they got tired of ripping off R-Type, now it's on to 1942/1943.

Edit: Heh I tried it, level 1 has more popcorn enemies than your dinky weapon can destroy. It kicked me out after 5 min. I clicked "Buy" for kicks, and it brought me to a 404 error page. :D

i tried the game like a year ago... didnt like it, too much inertia, and underpowered weapons... and the graphics are not my cup of tea either. not worht the money/time.

I tried a cellphone version years ago. You couldn't do diagonals, which were necessary for dodging the patterns, so you just died.
