ps3 Namco museum beta. Again: pacman, digdug, galaga xevious

I've got 50% on all games.
Only on Japanese psn.
You can play about 2 levels for every game and you are supposed to be able to unlock stuff by achievement type stuffs.

Man, it seems that Namco/Bandai likes to milk it's Namco Museum Collection for what it's worth and port it for every available console. The PSX version of Namco Museum is the definitive version to own/play. ^_~

I got invited into the beta a couple of weeks back - I think it's primary purpose is to test the Item Reward functionality in Home, through playing the games i've unlocked a load of NAMCO themed clothes for my Home avatar to wear and various NAMCO themed furniture & decorations for my Home appartment - you can also unlock Arcade Cabinets of the games in NAMCO Museum and place them in your Home appartment (although they are only playable when signed into a JP Home account, when the NAMCO Museum releases world-wide on PSN you'll be able to play them on EU/NA Home accounts too).

Anyways, although there are various version of NAMCO Museum available the PSN version seems like a good idea (especially if it's available with a handfull of games for a small price, then more games can be purchased through the Museum - theres always a lot of crap on compilation discs, if I could buy just DigDug, Galaga and maybe Valkyrie no Densetu that'd suit me fine).

Ah, those Namco games that are going to be built into Home. I remember now. Yeah that's cool. I'd bite if they included Mappy, but I'm guessing they won't.
