My jamma harness edge connector is as tight as a ducks ass

Does anyone have any recommendations for a jamma 48pin edge connector that isn't so tight?

At the moment i'm sitting under my CP pulling as carefully as I can on a mushi jamma PCB and the bugger won't come off. Its quite scary when you think about the pressure your putting on the board by trying to release it.

Many PCB's I've received from overseas have the edges of the PCB filed down to accomodate the tight fitting JAMMA harnesses (I was horrified, of course). The alternative is to use a saw/dremel/etc. and notch out either side of the JAMMA harness.

be grateful it ain't the other way around. loose floppy jamma harnesses/pins are hell.
not that 48 pins is JAMMA anyway

Yep, a standard Jamma harness is 56 pins all the way, baby. ^_~

A 48-pinout PCB hails from the pre-Jamma era. You might recall some early vintage Jamma shmup PCBs hark back from the 1986-1987 timeline like Sidearms, A-Jax/Typhoon and Darwin 4078 PCBs.
