Ikaruga T-shirt

Post by greg »

About a year ago, someone on here was selling an Ikaruga T-shirt. Just a one color design. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I don't think it even said "Ikaruga" on it... it was just a silhouette of the ship. Can I still get that anywhere?

I think I know what you're talking about. It's design was something like this, the Xs being an image of the Ikaruga:

/-----------------------------/-----------\
|......Some random..........|..XXXXX..|
|..........Ikaruga...............|..XXXXX..|
|............quote................|..XXXXX..|
\-----------------------------\-----------/

I think it came in a few colors, like red, blue, and black.

In other news, I have no idea if you can still buy the shirt, so this post is completely useless. All it's got going for it is my attempt to draw the image.

Ahh i have that t-shirt (black). It's the silhoutte of the Ikaruga ship with the words "No Regret". Fab t-shirt and i think it was the member Pixlejunkie that did it, but i coulld be mistaken.

The shirts were made by pixelcorps.
I don't know if he has any others to sell, but you could try asking him.

I got the navy version. My only game shirt to date. It is, a great shirt... whether you like games, Ikaruga, or no games.

Here's a couple of pics. I've had it well over a year now and it gets worn a lot, so of course it gets washed a lot, so it's all looking a little bit sad now. It would be great if Pixlecorps would make more t-shirts. I think i remeber him saying that he was going to make a Psikyo one next, but it never happened. :(

Yeah, I have the red one too. Suprisingly, even though I wear/wash mine quite a bit, it hasn't cracked nearly as much as Ord's. Try low heat!

I bought two of them (both in black). I wear one (which only has cracked a little) while the other went into storage (which I'll break out should anything happen to the first one).

www.clickstick.com might be making a reprint of the TATE shirt, which is a pretty sweet daddy shirt, me thinks.

I got that shirt too (black). Ironically I decided I wouldn't wear it much, only for special occasions, and the one day my pet rats managed to sneak into my dresser and chew few tiny holes in it.

As I recall, there were many responses of ~"but those company logos are copyright!". He also wanted people to subscribe to a mailing list (he probably had 50-100 people interested, maybe more), and several people balked at that. Not to say that those concerns are invalid, but merely to point out that the seeming majority of the responses were negative.
If you'd like to see others, let him know. Maybe he'd be willing to make more if there were less politics involved?

I should have bought two also. :(

Mine's(black) starting to fade from too much washing. I wore it on important occasions, such as my sister's graduation.

Going totally off topic...you have rats? Fantastic pets...we used to have about 20 rats, all dead from old age now. With my kid going on 3 though, we're probably going to go buy a couple new ones. They make far better pets than any other rodent :D

I used to have, me 'n my ex-girlfriend bought them when we were living together. She got custody of the kids. They're still going strong from and she has two new rats now to keep the old farts company. They're so tiny, it's hard to believe the old ones were just as little when we got them.

As much as I loved the fat furballs, it was a liberating feeling when I removed all the crap protecting my consoles' cables. I've replaced the RGB cables on all my consoles at least once and had to send my Duo away for repairs.

I know the feeling :) Our rats chewed up a few things near and dear to me over the years. They were particularly fond of expensive leather things

hey all...

interesting too see people getting enthused about the teeshirts...

I have a few in (enourmous XXL) left, but the problem is that I'd have to print a minimum run of over 50 or so, so If anyone is interested, I may do one more run, but I'll only be able to do it if the numbers are high enogh...

PM away plz!!

I'm still considering a limited PSIKYO and a TREASURE logo tee, but obviously, they have to be limited due to copyright reasons...

anyways, lets hear who wants one!!
