im playing raiden and r-type 1&2. ps1 ports through arcade stick. im thinking of sonic wings special.

PS1? You should definitely try R-Type Delta and Einhänder. If you can play imports, then Zanac X Zanac, Raiden Project, and especially Gradius Gaiden are awesome.

If you can use MAME, the Cave/Raizing/Psikyo triumvirate have made lots of great games, along with Takumi.

yea, raiden fighters series is a good step forward if you liked raiden. Maybe some raizing after that, battle bakraid or armed police batrider.
