Yeah, The Thousand Year Door was incredible. At first, I was a little ambivalent to it, it seemed like just a rehash of Paper Mario. Which is great, but still. But then around the 2nd or 3rd chapter, I knew that this was something more. But it was Chapter 4 that just blew me away. Not to spoil it, but I was initially disappointed in the Chapter, as it seemed like it was a cop out after the first few incredible chapters. And then, it just pulled together so well, I was simply in awe. That's when I knew it was better than the original.

Although, in fairness, I haven't beaten it yet. I'm right at the start of the last level. Come to think of it, I never actually beat Paper Mario, either. I got right to the last boss, I even tried to beat Bowser once or twice, but I didn't succeed either time. I should really finish both those games.

It's a great game indeed. A little easy, but most certainly worth playing.

a true bastion against the opinion that "nowadays games lack innovation".
this game is pixel for pixel a masterpiece.

and don't forget that it is....... *slightly mini spoiler*...
....open end.one of the few RPGs which can be played after you "finished" it.
just great

Many thanks. I'm going shopping today and I needed the answer. I wouldn't walk into an EB expecting the staff to know anything about anything.

So how do I get it for 37 cents again? That link is dead. Anyone cares to explain before I go and waste 20 instead of postage?

In the store. They have that monthly catalog on the counter. When you go buy it, grab the catalog off the counter and clip the coupon out of the catalog.

The front page of that site now says that they are hearing EB Games won't let you use the coupon for that.

In any case, $20 is still a good price. I was seeing it $40 new most everywhere before now.
