No, they're not sold out. Readily available at all the shops, and will be for many months ahead. Legend has them brand new w/ poster for $2238. Fujitacommunications.com has them for 225,000 yen.
70 Euros is quite a lot o money, especially since the standard version is likely top cost no more than 55 Euros? I'm not gonna pay 15+ bucks for a soundtrack if it's not the Ketsui OST.
It's a pretty good soundtrack, but isn't this version supposed to be an arrange CD? Will it be the remixes featured in the PS2 version, or all-new remixes?
I doubt it; MBL is still really new in the arcades. There'd be what, six months between MBL's release and the XB port?
If we see any MBL content I'd expect it as DLC a few months after the release. I would expect anything beyond the usual Arrange type mode on the disk itself.

It means the stock that was granted to Playasia in the first place is now sold out. That doesn't mean that they probably won't get more of it in some time.
WTB: Arkanoid II Revenge Of Doh PCB, Outzone PCB, Fixeight PCB

I don't usually like horis, but when i was in tokyo, i got my first taste of a lot of cave's newer games, and Death Smiles impressed me most. it was not what i was expecting, but better than what i was expecting. it will rock trust me. this is coming from a vert guy.
I dunno - i wasn't as as impressed as you are.
It's fun and all, but in my humble opinion not on par with Futari or Muchi Muchi.
Liked the setting and the music of the game, but it didn't feel as satisfying as the other 2 i mentioned.

Let's be realistic, nothing's on par with Futari these days. Maybe Ketsui, but eh. I still think Futari 1.5 has a lot more to offer, as well as BL. The scoring system's fun and the game can be played either to survive or to score. I haven't seen a single CAVE game since Ketsui that has managed to do this. These ports will probably drive non-PCB owners insane, unless CAVE decide to port Futari to the 360 as well. It will probably depend on the success of the Death Smiles port, which I've yet to preorder.
I guess what I'm really trying to say is, where else can it be preordered from?
