yeah i'm a big BOC and Warp/Skam records fan in general. have you heard of Chris Clark? he's also on Warp records and his stuff is in the same vein as BOC, with a slightly different twist and equal quality. check him out.

My setup isn't that impressive. I need to get a newish television (sorry about the picture). I'm running a Toshiba 24" television with a rapidly dying picture. No arcade cabs here. I suck.

Here is my games (spread about on my bed for easier viewing). This is about 80% of my collection, this doesn't include my NES, SNES, and GameBoy/NeoGeo Pocket/Gamegear games.

i get that alot, and i still love technics 1200's.

Hmm, ok. I haven't tried 'em myself, so I'll take your word for it. Looks like a pretty nice mixer you've got so you obviously aren't just using 'em for economical reasons. Still, I hate playing on anything other than 1200s. I had a friend who dropped a bunch on some high-end Vestax decks and he ended up selling them because they totally threw off his mixing when he played clubs. I tried them and I have to say they messed with my head, too.

heh, the vestax pdx-2000's...

i gave them a shot, and returned them after less than 24 hrs to get my 2nd pair of TTX's. some of the most poorly built turntables ever made. the straight tonearm is amazing, but the rest of the mechanism is built like a fisher price toy...

I got the same TV for my PS2. Gradius V looks amazing on Grand Wega, so as GT4 in 1080i mode.

Too bad I don't have xbox and gamecube right now.

^ This would be better if the screen wasn't distorted (stretched horizontally). Notice that circles look like ovals. What's wrong with having black bars to keep the aspect ratio correct?

Yeah, I can't stand stretching stuff out just to fit the screen. Correct aspect ratios above all please.

For selecting the correct regions. Can't remember which switch does what right now, but they're on/off switches and one of them does 50/60Hz while the other ones switch languages and stuff.

To avoid burn-in. Burn-in is easily the biggest problem to all CRT rear projection, LCD rear projection and plasma TV owners.

DLP TVs don't seem to have any burn-in issues, but I perfer LCDRP's picture more.

No, they weren't the pdx-2000s, I believe they were 2300 mk II's or something. This was a few years ago. They were pretty nice overall, and surely as good as or better than 1200s, but just different enough to screw you up. Checking to figure out which ones they were, I also spotted those round Vestax tables. Pretty weird, I wonder how well they work.

This is purely because a sarcastic friend told me that 'there is no way you could rotate that thing'

^what we have here is a typical table stand w.flat panel mount that I removed the original mounting hardware and attached mounting arms from an ebay lot containing bits and pieces from 4 separate mounts. I then attached a telehook rotating articulating wall mount from the tv i originally used for gaming to the custom built arms. I basically created a mount mounted on a mount... WITH MOUNTS!!!

This ones for ghegs. Built it myself using wood from my old entertainment system.

I have yet to go down the path of the darkside with pcb's and candy cabs but for now i'm pretty content with the setup thus far. The only thing that will be added in less than a week is a crystalio ii to replace the optoma.

Mighty impressive! I'd love to try playing on such a giant vertical screen some day, though I'd still take a 24-27" CRT over it any day of the week.

On the left we have a box of which was used to ship 4 PS2 to me. On the right we have the box that my Ultimate Madoka was shipped to me in.
