It’s been said of a legendary Japanese player VTF-INO, famous for playing two ships at the same time in Ikaruga!
Is this true? Anyone have any info / links on this guy's achievements?

Seriously, you are only finding out about this now? This happend a few years ago. Its not an entire run, but individual stage runs. And when people didn't believe it was him alone doing this "double play" style, he re-recorded a few stages to show his hands in the video.

There is a video floating around the net where some Asian guy plays with two ships at the same time. I have no idea where I've seen it, but I'm pretty sure one of the people of this forum has a link. I guess.

Did someone hijack this guys account? If he wasn't an '05 with over a 1000 posts, I'd swear he were a troll.

VTF-INO did it again on XBLA a couple months ago I think, I saw his name and vtf-ino2 under the 2-player leaderboards. Could be an impersonator or whatnot but I doubt it. There were replays of levels 1 to 3 for download, but maybe it's finished now, I haven't checked.

I wonder if he used joysticks or analog. I tried level 1 with 2 pads using analog and it's kinda awkward...

You can't use dashes for Xbox Live names.

I never said I hate it, it's just not as good as previous TF titles... ;)

No, his posting has always had this level of quality. He's was banned from at least one other forum that I used to frequent.
