Virtual Console- Dim Games?

Has anyone noticed this? A lot of the games on VC look great, but a few like Alien Soldier, Mega Man 2, and Pulseman(jp) look really dim. Like, if you compare AS to the one on the Playstation 2, there's a big difference. Same with MM2 with the one on PS2(or GC). Hell, the Pulseman I MADE looks much better than the one I downloaded from the JP Wii Shop.

Now, like I said, most games look great, but what's up with these games that are dim??? Just bad emulation or what?

Probably bad emulation or it's your TV.
